This too shall pass?

Its funny how life goes from one moment to another in just a second.
Few days ago I was standing on bus stop waiting for my bus to go home at 7.15 pm. It was quite a long and tiresome day, and I was wishing bus should come earlier and when shall I reach home.
My bus came within 5 minutes, and I was standing in door surrounded by so many people, and when I reached inside and got the seat. I figured out that someone had stolen purse. At first I was in shock of the moment that what has just happened.  Then I remembered that my atm is gone,  then it was another thought that It didn’t had much of cash although and even so the person cant take out money unless they have my security code.
Then another thought came was that it had my bus pass in it, and which was of entire month.
Even then I sat in my seat, after taking ticket by borrowing money from girls around me, who were so kind enough that were ready to give me money at that instance.
But then I sat , and slowly a shock came that my wallet had all my id’s. voting, aadhar, pan card. And I was still on my way to home.
Slowly I started to feel as why am I not crying like every time I do. But I wasn’t feeling like crying anymore.
And then out of nowhere a thought emerged as
“How does it feel  huh? Loosing everything?”
And answer was that It does not feel like anything. I was calm, and sitting in a bus full of people. Watching street lights shimmering as every day. And the bus rode to home as everyday.
And later I felt, maybe I am getting strong. Taking blows by blows one after another, and still standing. Still standing strong.
I read a book few days ago, which had an amazing sequence of a scene where heroin gets through time saying that “This too shall pass!”
But then I felt as if but our good time will pass as well. Whats the use then?
But we may think of this in a positive way as maybe we should keep looking for the good time to come and pass the time in between the two good ones.
And then its like mile stones. Each one has something laying in between. And you don’t get to reach the next one unless you have fulfilled criteria enough.
There is no short cut. There is all but a road to cross, a destination to look for, and  a distance to cover.  J

Eventually everything shall pass…

PS :I got my wallet back, :D it had all my documents, except my bus pass. :D

Well once again a new home!

Change is good thing they say, Yet we are never actually entirely prepared for any change in life, even then we go through. as being through a tunnel, holding our breath, waiting for that big entrance. and then always again the moment passes as if it was meant to be. always!

So our new flat cant be considered as the dream home, but even then its still small and wonderful all at once.

when we were in our previous flat, we were at the top floor, and I wasted my night time doing star gazing all the time. Seeing moon light practically seeping through window panes as they describe in the books, watched full moon on the new year eve, cried with tears I couldnt keep up and laughed with happiness not enough to hold in my stomach.

and yet when we moved in this home yesterday, I hadnt felt the feel I usually get from a place, I was sitting in our hall watching a movie and suddenly lights went off. Entire surrounding was covered in darkness and from some places some torches started to flicker, mobile screens started glimmering up. and finally when I watched sky up above, all the stars I had missed so much were still there.

and I knew what it is to feel when you sing and listen,

"Look at the stars, look how they shine for you, and everything you do"

and its still beautiful as it is, Even though a change has come. Everything will be fine, slowly and surely... :)

To the change. and so many good things to come with it.

Innocence + Kathleen tassaro + writing spirit

Ha.
So this happened few days ago. On one of our saturday half work day, we all decided to take a team building kind of indoor activity in our office.
We decided to play a different version of truth and dare game. where its called true of lie.

so the game if pretty simple. that all of the participating members have to write two statements of the paper, and one of them has to be genuinely true and other one false.
Then we have to read it out loud, and then we shall take the poll. and based on the poll we will get points as who was able to fool people.

well it took us half an hour to figure out what the rules are, even then we couldn't understand it in clear way, so we started to play.
I wrote two statements as

T:I am a passionate blogger and have written two novels and about to publish one.
F:I have never been proposed in my life.

ha. so finally I said it out loud. That I am about to publish my novel.
So the publishing thing began few years ago when I inked my very first story, and then the next one which was better than before and then a third one which we are about to publish.

I still have the blog named what have I been waiting for, and it still has one entry as
publishing my one book.

until this moment I was never believing it actually. but then few days ago me and my friend we decided to publish it online, as it will at least give us a start and will shall see where this will lead.
I would feel this might be a one time thing, and I might not even publish any book in my life time. But speaking it out loud seems kind of real and now I kind of have a pressure that I must make it publish, Since  I said it as a truth.
:D

and now , the book review for innocence from kathleen tassaro.

I am at the forth part of novel yet and I kept it to finish it today since  I knew I couldn't possibly finish it just as that.  I wanted to live hanging in imagination a little while :D

I am writing this and keeping it in the draft as tomorrow I will be publishing this post as the book review.

Well and so now I was researching about kathleen and found her website where she has posted a story of how she published her first book and I really found above lines really inspiring as to the aspiring writers.
:)
"Some people are just too stupid to know when to give up. I guess I am one of them, and I hope you are too"

:) well I hope I am like her then. And will be a writer with published novel. :)

Innocence +Kathleen tessaro +writing spirit , continued...

At first the same friend got this book from british library,  I didnt read it but later when I started. I found it how true the editorial review is that
"Its irresistible"

So ofcourse I liked the book because its a chick lit. means based on a women and many such feminine aspect.

At first it started in a doomed background of london and a lady taking class at evening. and later the references of her college life and love life came and it became interesting.

I like the kind of books which gives us nothing to imagine further. As when we are reading we kind of have a expectation in our mind that how the story might go. but then it suddenly changes and we have to start building our possible outcome. I like this process as it starts anew each time we encounter a shock in the flow of story.
Kathleen creates a very good plotting of unrelated and related links among the events. Joining them together as a simple quilt of dispersed patterns.
So Evie is a single working mother of a son named alex, she is going through her life, actually dreading through it with all that she can.  And suddenly her college friend appears in the middle of the sentence and she is so over powering though out the novel.
I cried the only time when she has a baby, Oh I never have encountered anymore beautiful scene written for child birth.

She just creates the entire scene with such elegance and to top it off the quote which melts your heart as if that can be the only feeling a mother can have once she has her child. utterly perfect.
We learn about how Evie has ended up being a single mother after all that she had. and you go on, exploring more and more puzzling plots to find out where the story ends.
and oh my goodness. It doesn't end.
I want to confess that I am not a very good reviewer, one should never reveal what happens in a book, which I realized when I had read a small comment about someone being dead in a novel and when I read it I was practically looking for the scene where he is gonna be dead. It was best book yet because I had read one spoiler about it ,It spoiled the entire fun of reading something unknown.

So  I am not going to reveal what happens in the end. but it just doesnt end. :D
now you'd say why should we read the novel which doesnt have a proper end, but I think thats the beauty. Like the kind of book in "The fault in our stars", the protagonist is so tortured by the idea of what happens to the characters further. And you are left with your imagination to feel safely that Yes! this is what I wanted. She gets to live with something that I imagined she will.
:)

So this was one more addition into the book I have read so far. and found out two things, as

when you are in any bad situation, Repeat this like a mantra. and this shall pass.
"This too shall pass!"
and no matter how much withered you are in your life, It always has an end to the suffering, and we do get the things which we want from bottom of our heart :)

merci amigos... :)

Happy womens day...

Have you ever felt that in a moment, you are really happy, and you feel back in some times if you had taken some other route you might not have been here to experience this happiness.
:D
well its what happened with me when it was around 6.45 pm on 7th of march and I was standing in a meeting room where the director of company where I am doing my internship was giving us brief about upcoming few months and I was so very glad that I decided to continue my internship here.

since I have already have a final job offer I might not be continuing here as an employee but if I had a chance, I would have been really happy to be here.
First of all I would like to say somethings about the founder of our company who is sachin, and I had been really inspired from him all along since I came in the loop with company.
He said yesterday while he was giving us a presentation that it was his vision while he started the company to act as a vendor for the company which he quit. and now after the 4 years of struggle they are so very close to the moment when its about to happen. And when they will get PO for this project we will all have a celebration for this achievement.
and I actually felt that this is what achievements should feel like, the thing you wanted from very long time and seeing it come true :D you feel as if its all still a dream, but they are real than reality.

Well perhaps I will be somewhere else in few years, but I really want this one to grow very much and achieve thriving successes in upcoming years, so I can say that I have worked with this amazing team and company in their initial days. :)
and so today we also had a little womens day celebration, where we all ladies got flowers and cards saying "Happy Women's Day" and chocolated. :D and its definitely gonna go in my journal entry.  also all the male staff in our office :D well I am excited to hear what do they write about me. I will update it in the evening :D

So Happy Womens Day. Well I personally feel its pathetic that we need a day to celebrate the gender we have, and I feel there should be a men day as well :D because We are both equal part from which our society is built up and their being with us should be also celebrated. Well lets hope in upcoming years that day will come up as well. :D

Even then, who doesn't like to be celebrated and pampered for a while. So Happy Womens Day! :D

OH MY GOD!!! LEO finally won a oscar.

Once I was just surfing on Internet, and found  an uplifting quote, (it was supposed to be :P)

"when you feel low, think that you have as many oscars as Leonardo Di'caprio has"

at first it seems a joke isnt it? but now lets take a moment and think about it. Leonardo was the man we fell in love with the moment he first laughs at that card tables, when he has just won the ticket to the titanic. So after all the movies I have seen him in, has his entirely focused persona on his character, and I know that we do not doubt that he is the "The" best actor of all the time.
And The Academy awards is the "The" most prestigious award in the field of cinema.
I cried my eyes out when he is killed by the psyco husband in the great gatsby. It was him who actually fitted the man in gatsby in my imagination after I watched the film.  I actually shouted when he gets killed in the last moments of "The departed". And Jack, oh jack was kind of a person, you want to exist in reality. The handsome looking, gypsy artist. What more could you ask for.

Then even the after theres no doubt in the minds of each and every people who admire Leo, He wasn't getting Oscar?
The quote suggests that, no matter how capable you are, or no matter how much you want something, you wont get that unless the time is right and the fate isnt convinced that you have tried enough. :)
but ...
finally Today I read news and I got that leonardo has got that something he deserved from so long time.  and I was smiling with happiness that he has broken the spell and even then He has got his first oscar after almost 25 yeas he has achieved the thing his fans yarned for.
:)

Well its another kind of reverse uplifting quote.

Keep going on you'll. :D Leo got his oscar, our targets are even smaller. :D

And The post is for one of my most favorite artist. Pascal Campion.

His name is Pascal Campion. Perhaps his name we misunderstand for Champion when we read it first time. :D but its really is just Campion.
On one really late night, a night before my finals I was looking for something awesome to draw (because yes I get really these painting and sketching cravings one night before really important exams, and when I start to feel guilty and sad that I might be wasting my time, I remember John Lennon quote , "The time you enjoyed wasting, was never wasted." :D so  I was just happily wasting my time before my finals, in search of something magnificent to draw. And I saw this one painting, painted in all yellow light, at first I didnt got what that was about. And like a magic on screen the dots of colors and pieces started to make sense. And I saw a smiling girl reading a book in a big comfy chair.
You know some times when we find something, and we feel like, "yes, thats what exactly I do." and it was one of those moments. I could picture myself in the big chair, reading a book, and smiling at some humor from the book and the yellow light peeking through windows. And thats how I found Pascal and his amazing way of art.

And above is his introduction from his website, www.pascalcampion.com.

PASCAL CAMPION IS A FRENCH-AMERICAN ILLUSTRATOR AND ANIMATOR RESIDING IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA.
Born in River Edge, New Jersey, Pascal began his art career at a very young age of seven when his older brother Sean, gave him the task of “copying” comic books covers in exchange for Pascal to read the comics!  At the age of three, his family relocated back to the south of France, where he spent hours sketching and drawing both comics and the beautiful landscapes of Provence.  In 1998 Pascal began his studying narrative illustration at Arts Decoratifs de Strasbourg, in France.  His formal training emphasized storytelling through art, and also happened to be the last class that was taught without computers.  A year-long study abroad in Boston at Tom Snyder Productions cemented Pascal’s goals and determined the US as the place to establish his professional artist career. After graduating in 2000 from the Arts Decoratifs de Strasbourg with a diploma in Narrative Illustration, Pascal’s brother Sean built him a new tool: a computer. It was the beginning of a new form of art for Pascal and a digital artist was born.
In 2001, the appeal of paradise combined with employment took him to Honolulu, Hawaii where he worked at PREL developing online educational games. In 2002, he joined the start-up studio, Bent Image Labs, in Portland Oregon.  Here Pascal honed skills as a commercial 2D artist and then becoming a commercial director and collaborated on campaigns for clients such as Ritz Crackers and Reese’s Pieces.  The productions were always fast paced and Pascal thrived in the environment, further mastering his stills in speed sketching as well as creating many personal animation works.
In 2005 Pascal moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to be a Senior Visual Artist for Leapfrog where he was responsible for the creation of many Leapfrog characters, storylines and game development for LeapFrog and its partners.
In May of 2007 Pascal married in San Francisco and in 2008 their first child, Lily was born. His intense passion for his family thus began and he has been carrying that flame and inspiration in his work, and has become one of his hallmarks.
In 2006 Pascal began to truly develop his own art and style, but lacking time due to his full time job, he had to come up with an efficient solution.  It was then that “Sketch of the Day” was born: every morning, first thing, he creates a sketch, albeit full color, and a story unto itself. This routine has yielded an archive of close to 3,000 sketches and over 30,000 organic Facebook followers and growing numbers on Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt and Pinterest.
As a freelance artist since 2007 Pascal has worn many hats in the art world; from conceptual design to visual development for feature films and television; to creating commercial animation for clients such as Chevron and Disney; as well participating in DeepGreen movie. Today, his current list of clients includes: Dreamworks Animation, Paramount Pictures, Disney Feature, Disney Toons, Bent Image Labs, Cartoon Network, Hulu, They Might Be Giants, Insignia Worldwide, BRC Animation Arts and PBS.  He is represented by Shannon Associates in the field of publishing.
Pascal is excited to be involved in so many diverse and exciting film, print, and commercial campaigns. Recently, Pascal has pushed his personal work into exciting new territory, as he evolves his work to Fine Art.  Pascal debuted his first solo art show at the Galerie Arludik in Paris France in January 2013.  If asked, he will say his inspiration to create and work hard stems from his family. Wife and Business Partner Katrina has helped to create both a thriving business and an energetic home life. Father to Lily, and twins Max and Colin, Pascal loves to draw from his life experiences and moments that bring him true meaning and satisfaction.

Usually he looks like a homely guy, but his work, Oh my. I instantly fell for the expressing way of his illustrations and his beautiful way of capturing something we can never speak in words. I love the light and the small details of pictures, the slow falling snow and the hard falling rain. The beautifully lit roads and lovely characters. and I started following him on pinterest, twitter, his blog site like a crazy stalker.

I never actually liked the perfection in the art, or the pictures which seems real or something. why should they seem real, they are paintings right. Reality is there to see, why you need another duplicate copy of it? so that is why I love illustrations and the animations more because they are not perfect, but they make you believe that they are. Its like even by being incomplete they are complete in a way.
I loved loved loved pascals work, and just as I cant get enough of his illustrations by just looking at them, I started making their Watercolor paintings. and it had become a really awesome part of my collection. obviously I dont pose them as I have drawn them, since they are actually creation of his world and his creativity. :) and I only try to keep them for my satisfaction to keep something close to me which has inspired me a lot in terms of expressing something in painting.
I am posting some of his paintings below, I hope you guys might as well like those. :)
So... To Pascal campion, his name should actually be Champion since he is a champion of catching moments difficult to catch in a simplest way. :)
